The Black X Clarity Engine is strictly neutral. It identifies the presence and ambiguity of contract terms — it does not make legal conclusions, predict enforceability, or recommend whether to sign. Every score is accompanied by a disclaimer making this boundary explicit.
We never train external models on user contract content. AI outputs are bounded by the published Clarity scoring framework and the Verified™ standard.
