    Purpose of Black X Verified™

    Black X Verified™ exists to signal that a creator agreement follows clear, fair, and professional partnership standards.

    The badge is a trust indicator, not a marketing asset.

    To protect its meaning, usage is governed by the following rules.

    Approved Uses

    Black X Verified™ may be used only when:

    A creator agreement materially follows Black X Verified™ terms
    Usage rights, compensation, and scope are clearly defined
    No misleading or contradictory clauses exist
    Both parties agree to operate within the stated terms

    Approved placements include:

    Creator email signatures
    Media kits and pitch decks
    Contract footers
    Invoices and deal summaries
    Black X dashboard indicators

    Prohibited Uses

    Black X Verified™ may not be used:

    As a general brand endorsement
    As a certification of products, services, or performance
    In paid advertisements without written approval
    To imply legal approval, compliance, or guarantee
    On deals that materially deviate from Verified standards
    As a decorative or promotional badge

    The badge must never be used to mislead, pressure, or misrepresent terms.

    Visual Integrity Rules

    To maintain consistency and trust:

    Badge colors may not be altered
    Shapes, proportions, and typography may not be modified
    No effects, shadows, gradients, or animations unless approved
    Badge must appear clearly and legibly at all sizes

    Black X Verified™ is a standard framework, not a legal authority.

    Enforcement & Removal

    Black X reserves the right to:

    Request removal of the badge
    Revoke Verified status
    Update standards as the market evolves

    Misuse undermines trust and will be addressed.
