BlackX Technologies Inc. does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or comparable state resident, you have the right to:

3. Submit a Request

Email hello@blackx.app with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We verify identity using the email address tied to your account and respond within 45 days, as required by state law.

4. Authorized Agents & Appeals

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response email; we will reconsider within 60 days.
