How Black X uses cookies and similar technologies across the platform.

    Last Updated: June 19, 2026

    1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used.

    2. Categories We Use

Black X groups cookies into three categories:

    • Strictly necessary — authentication, session management, security (CSRF, rate limiting), and routing. These cannot be disabled.
    • Preferences — UI theme, splash-screen timing, install-prompt state, and onboarding progress.
    • Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data so we can improve the product. No cross-site tracking.

Black X does not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

    3. Third Parties

Subprocessors that may set cookies in your browser when you use Black X:

    • Paddle — payments and Merchant of Record
    • Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, storage, and edge functions
    • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each subprocessor operates under its own privacy policy. See /dpa for the full subprocessor list.

    4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and core features. We do not respond to Do Not Track headers because there is no industry-standard implementation; we honor the GPC (Global Privacy Control) signal where applicable.
